From Mycelium to Packed Mushrooms

At MUSHROOM BUSINESS LLC, we manage the complete production process — from mycelium cultivation to harvesting, sorting, and packing. This full-cycle approach helps us control quality at every stage, reduce unnecessary intermediaries, and prepare stable B2B supply for wholesale, retail, HoReCa, food service, and EU distribution.

Mycelium Cultivation

The production process starts with mycelium cultivation - the biological foundation for healthy and stable mushroom growth. By controlling this stage, we support consistency from the very beginning of production.

Selection of Ecologically Clean Raw Materials

We carefully select natural and environmentally responsible raw materials for substrate preparation. This helps us grow king oyster mushrooms without unnecessary additives or artificial admixtures.

Substrate Preparation & Filling into Jars

The growing substrate is prepared, mixed, and filled into jars for controlled mushroom cultivation. This format allows us to manage the growing process more precisely and maintain stable production conditions.

Sterilization of Substrate Jars

The jars with prepared substrate are sterilized before mycelium is added. This stage helps create a clean and controlled environment for mushroom growth.

Autoclave

Adding Mycelium to the Substrate

After sterilization, mycelium is added to the prepared substrate. This is the stage where the active growing process begins inside the jars.

Inoculator

Incubation

During incubation, the mycelium develops inside the substrate under controlled production conditions. This stage is essential for strong, even, and stable mushroom growth.

Stroma Removal

Before fruiting, the stroma layer is removed to prepare the mushrooms for proper development. This step supports controlled fruiting and product quality.

Fruiting & Packing

King oyster mushrooms grow under carefully managed temperature, humidity, and production conditions. After fruiting, they are harvested, sorted by quality and size, packed, and prepared for B2B supply.
